Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (RAJUK) has planned to create such habitual spaces for the Dhaka city by creating Urban open parks for its occupants. In detailed area plan (2022-2035) RAJUK proposed to build five (5) large regional parks, forty-nine (49) water-centric parks, eight (8) large Eco parks (including Bhawal Forest) and nine (9) other parks and playgrounds in its jurisdiction areas covered by DAP (2022-2035) to create eco- friendly cities. RAJUK invites proposals for the Consultancy services for preparation of Feasibility Study, Detailed Design and Development Project Proposal (DPP) for the development of regional park with various civic facilities, lake development & childrens play in Motijheel area of Dhaka. It is the city heart where most of the core business hub of the city is situated. Rajuk want to accommodate a breathing space within the busy business hub of the Dhaka.
