The Improving Computer and Software Engineering Tertiary Education Project (ICSETEP) is a strategic initiative aligned with Bangladesh vision for becoming a high-income country by 2041. It aims to strengthen higher education in computer science and engineering (CSE) and information technology (IT) by improving quality, accessibility, and relevance to industry needs. Targeting Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), University of Dhaka (DU), and Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST), the project will produce job-ready graduates, advance research, and foster technology entrepreneurship.
