Ministry of Science and Information & Communication Technology is one of the major divisions of Peoples Republic of Bangladesh which have an important Vision i.e. People-friendly information technology in building Sonar Bangla. Along with this vision it has Mission i.e., Establishment of a prosperous Sonar Bangla through reliable cyber access at the grassroots level, development of IT based human resources, export-oriented development of IT industry and the use of citizen-friendly IT technology. The major objective of the project is to develop a system to attract the developers and entrepreneurs for setting industrial enterprises eventually giving rise to a shape of desired business ecosystem in the park for productions the ultimate aim. The proposed project has been conducting feasibility studies to establishing 32 (Thirty-Two) Sheikh Kamal IT Training & Incubation Center Project at Different Districts in Bangladesh.
