The ultimate objective of the Ghorasal Polash Urea Fertilizer Project (GPUFP) is to develop/upgrade housing colony for improving its accommodation and providing facilities to meet the increasing demand for all necessary facilities in existing Housing Colony approximately an area of 100 acres of land considering Residence for Officer and Staff, Officers Hostel (10 storied), Officer Club, Ladies Club, MD banglow, VIP Guest House, Employees Hostel (10 storied), Super Market, Helipad, Employees Club, Medical Centre, School, Kinder Garden, Mosque, Temple, Field, Road, Drainage System etc. The project has been designed in such a way to upgrade and prepare a environment friendly Master Plan for the Housing Colony Area with the provision of all required facilities.
