The key challenges in higher educational system to address the knowledge management strategy aims of the 21st century (Bangladesh Delta Plan 2100), innovations in building knowledge, and making bridge in sectors like academy and industry are the main focus of the national education policy. As Bangladesh is an agricultural country, and the development and improvement of socio-economic conditions of the people are largely related to the development of agriculture, so the Ministry of Education rightly gets the focus on tertiary education in agriculture to lead the economy towards 2041 target (Perspective Plan of Bangladesh 2041).
