Narrative Description of Project: The present feasibility study will guide development of new facilities to primarily address academic, teachers, staff and student life needs, as well as advancing other related institutional goals and objectives. Rajshahi University, the second largest university of Bangladesh, is located 5 km north of the Rajshahi city. The University campus serves over 32,200 full-time students with approximately 3928 full-time employees. Of this number, 1230 are faculty members providing direct educational instruction and services to both undergraduate and graduate students. Historically, the University has not only provided access to high quality educational programs, but has also provided the community access to university facilities.
