The Technical Assistance for consulting services is to assist the government in (i) Preparing improved building and land development standards and regulations, (ii) Developing new land development policies and cost recovery mechanism to support the cost of providing public infrastructure, (iii) Rationalizing the needs and use of underutilized government land holdings in Dhaka City. The Consultant will analyze and review the above mentioned fields through detail fields work, existing and available data and relevant studies and then develop recommendation for new policies and programs for improvement.
